Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes isn't afraid of upsetting players by naming an unchanged side with the fourth game uninterruptedly against Schalke tomorrow. In the first 50 % of the season, Heynckes surely could keep his entire squad happy by rotating week in, week out.
He now seems to be have established his first-choice XI, meaning famous brands Arjen Robben and Mario Gomez have gotten to generate do that has a place on the bench in recent weeks, but Heynckes isn't going to alter his side to meet his players' egos.
``For your player not to ever be happy should they be not playing is pretty normal, that is the case with 5-6 players,'' he was quoted saying.
``This is just the way situations are right now. I have faith to all of my players.
``The biggest thing is we communicate a lot. It's really down to honesty and telling players clearly how you would like to act, and there's an excellent relationship of reciprocal trust with the vast majority of the squad.
``As things stand, There's no doubt that everybody around my team is fully fit.''
Heynckes isn't considering a rotation against Schalke, that have made a poor start to 2013 which culminated in the 2-1 defeat at home to Greuther Furth last weekend. Nor does Bayern's 5-0 conquer the Royal Blues of their mid-season training camp bear any influence on his decision.

Indeed, having a devote Europe next season at risk, Schalke cannot afford to visit to the Allianz Arena and hope merely to scrape a point. Keller is without striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar, who's an eye fixed infection, while Christian Fuchs is suspended.
